My name is Betty, and I’m the founder of Shades of Beauty Body Bar — a brand built not just on beauty, but on strength, healing, and purpose. I want to take a moment to share how this journey began, because behind every product, there’s a real story — mine.

 

From Hands-On Healing to Online Empowerment

 

Shades of Beauty Body Bar started almost 3 years ago, and in the beginning, it was all about physical connection — body contouring, facials, wellness treatments, and helping women feel beautiful and empowered from the inside out. I poured my heart into every service, creating a space where women could come to feel seen, supported, and restored.

But as life evolved — especially as I stepped back into motherhood after many years — I felt called to shift the way I served my community.

You see, I’ve been a mom for a long time. My oldest is now 21, and my second is 10. And now, I’m embracing early motherhood again with a new little one — and expecting another. This chapter of life has reminded me just how important self-care, grace, and balance really are.

That’s when I decided to take my services and transform them into products that could be used in the comfort of your own home — allowing me to reach more women and give you tools to prioritize your wellness, no matter where you are.

I know how easy it is to forget about your own needs when you’re always caring for others. But I believe that taking care of yourself is a radical form of self-love — and it should be accessible, intentional, and deeply rooted in authenticity.
